Andres Barrios is an Associate at Verdonck Partners focused on financial modeling, due diligence, and deal execution management.

Prior to joining Verdonck Partners, Andres was a Vice President with Stephens focused on covering oil & gas energy clients. At Stephens, Andres led the execution of multiple sell-side and buy-side M&A deals, as well as fairness opinions and capital raising mandates for upstream, midstream, renewables and energy transition clients.

Prior to joining Stephens, Andres was an Associate with Wells Fargo Securities with a focus on sell-side and buy-side acquisition and divestiture advisory. Prior to that, Andres was a Management Consultant with A.T. Kearney focused on energy strategy and operations.

Andres holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, an M.S. in Geology and an M.B.A. from Rice University.
