David Wang leads off-take origination and structuring advisory for Verdonck Partners.

David has over a decade of finance and energy experience. Prior to joining Verdonck Partners, he was Vice President of Business and Strategy Development at Omnidian, a cutting-edge solar services provider.

Before that, David worked at Goldman Sachs in their power and infrastructure investment banking as well as on the power desk where he originated structured power transactions with a focus on wind and solar hedges.

Earlier in his career he managed a portfolio of renewable energy certificates and carbon offsets for the Bonneville Environmental Foundation, a nonprofit and pioneering climate solutions provider.

David earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and M.B.A / M.S. degrees from the University of Michigan.
