Ignacio Neri Barranco

Ignacio Neri Barranco advises investors, power companies and renewable project developers on buy-side, sell-side and project finance advisory transactions.

Ignacio’s prior experience was in the energy and infrastructure industries in Mexico and Latin America. He led the debt advisory department at BBVA Mexico where he executed and closed landmark transactions including advising CPIHL, a subsidiary of SPIC, on the acquisition of an 818 MW solar project with an enterprise value of $1.3 billion and the modernization of a major Mexico City subway line.

Ignacio holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.  He is a graduate of Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
